SMS Survey
Internet penetration in Africa remains a major problem in hard-to-reach areas. Our major approach is the use of Short Message Service (SMS) which is accessible to all. Even the remotest areas in Africa can be reached as far as they have a mobile phone. This makes our approach very simple and reliable. We partner with relevant telecommunication and mobile network providers in ensuring hitch free SMS Surveys.
Face to Face interview
This is another vital approach at Prime Global Insights. Our trained enumerators are able to reach respondents anywhere. These trained enumerators possess the needed experience in dealing with diverse group of respondents from different cultural backgrounds, ethnicity, sexual orientation and religious beliefs. We have used the CAPI mobile application in responding promptly to urgent situations in Africa like disease outbreaks, natural disasters, market disruption and inflation.
Voice Call Survey
Prime Global Insights carry out live call interactions through voice calls by our survey enumerators. Our Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) mobile application enables us to have access to even illiterate persons in any region. We pride on our reputation and ability to reach lots of respondents with our 70 CATI work stations in our corporate office in Nigeria, Nigeria. We also have temporary CATI stations in other Africa countries. Our CATI application contains features like remote progress tracking which tracks the level of progress made and it also allows for offline services.
Online Data Collection
Prime Global Insights sends mobile web surveys to respondents through text messages containing a link to a survey. This mode does not necessarily require a smartphone. A simple phone that allows data connection can be used for online data collection.
